At Home Style Furniture, we stand behind our quality. Our products are covered by the manufacturers factory warranty. Warranty is limited to only manufacturer defects caused by normal use of the item. Wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, and anything of this nature will not be covered by warranty. Home Style Furniture reserves the right to request and inspect images of the item (or send a technician to physically inspect the item) to make a final judgement if warranty coverages will apply. Home Style Furniture reserves the right to deny warranty coverage. Not every product has a manufacturers warranty coverage. Please email info@homestylefurniture.ca to inquire further about exclusions and coverages. 

What will we do to correct problems? 

To correct issues, Home Style Furniture will either send parts, provide touch up services or replace the unit. Home Style Furniture will decide what course of action to take at our own discretion to rectify the issue. 

How long does the coverage last? 

The Warranty Period for items is the manufacturers warranty only. Different manufacturers carry different warranty coverages for different period lengths. Home Style Furniture reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

Clearance items do not carry any warranty coverage, clearance items are sold as is and how is.

What does warranty not cover? 

Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (not limited to) conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (ie. irregular use, wear and tear or accidental damage). Warranty will not apply to modified products, abuse, lack of care and commercial use. Home Style Furniture reserves the right to deny warranty at our own discretion.
